Favorite Send to FastDrawThis action is a great ATO option, especially if you have a good shooting 2 man and a 3 man that can beat his defender and attack off the bounce. The purpose of the action is to get the defense to overreact to the dribble penetration towards the baseline, while opening up 3-point shot opportunities for your guards (2 or 1) on the perimeter. Favorite Send to FastDrawThis is a possible counter action to the traditional "Horns" double high ball screen action. The set is particularly effective if you have guards that are good at moving without the basketball and shooting while coming off screens. The floor spacing allows your guards to read how they are being guarded defensively and to take advantage of curl and fade cuts. See More

Favorite Send to FastDrawThe San Antonio Spurs started into Game 3 of the NBA Finals with this set. It includes the typical Spurs baseline stagger screen, followed by a side Pick & Roll action. A down screen action in the middle keeps the defense occupied and opens up the ball screener on his pop against Miami's ICE defense. In this case, Diaw attacks Bosh together with Duncan in a 2on1 situation. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawIn their Game 4 win of the 2014 NBA Finals, the San Antonio Spurs ran this half-court set which included a multitude of actions. As soon as 3 cleared 4, 2 was moving to set the backscreen. This timing allowed for 5 to pin-down for 2 and receive the ball on the move popping out. 5 set such a good pick and sealed in the lane that X4 had to help in the lane and allowed for an open throwback to Diaw. Favorite Send to FastDrawWith 3 seconds left in the 3rd quarter of Game 3 of the 2014 NBA Finals, the San Antonio Spurs ran this sideline out-of-bounds play. As soon as 1 cleared Diaw’s shoulder he shaped up back to the ball immediately to receive the pass from Green. Green was able to get a shot off but Miami’s defense prevent him from getting a clean look and the shot came up short. See More

Favorite Send to FastDrawIn Game 2 of the 2014 NBA Final, LeBron James went on a scoring streak in the 2nd half and became unguardable. The Spurs did a very good job guarding him, he was just unconscious. If you watch the Heat you know that Erik Spoelstra loves running elbow actions that usually go into a flex or some kind of hand-off with a weak side pin-down. However, on this set he got the ball to the hot hand, LeBron, by running the double curl action. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawIn Game 2 of the 2014 NBA Finals the Miami Heat ran this play to get Wade an iso post lifted off the block. It seemed the defense knew this was coming but was still unable to stop the post feed as Wade had a smaller defender on him at the time. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawEarly in Game 2 of the 2014 NBA Finals, the San Antonio Spurs ran this pick & roll action which ended with a hi-low feed from Splitter to Duncan. Spacing the floor with 2 (Parker) and 3 (Green) prevented the defense from shading to the ball side in order to alter a easy catch & shoot from the perimeter. See More
