Favorite Send to FastDrawIn the Triangle Offense it is very important to speed cut when the low post gets the ball. When the post has the ball they can go to work or you can get a cross screen for 4 a curl to the hoop. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawOffensive Players line up at half court line X2 lines up whereever the coach wishes to create different angles and timing. X1 lines up at opposite free throw line Coach throws the ball to one of the offensive lines. X2 comes in to stop ball, X1 comes in as trailer to become help defense 1 for a score - 2 for a stop or Turnover Too much time on offense = TO play for 2-3 min each Could also make this a live 2 on 2 in opposite direction after score or stop See More

Favorite Send to FastDrawThis is a great set, run in variations by numerous NBA Teams, if you are looking to exploid an overly agressive defense with multiple ball-screen/dribble hand-off actions within a short amount of time. It is set up by a "zipper" action and features scoring options for all 5 players on the court. This has been our go-to play last season, as it allows you to get multiple chances a high percentage shot off of movement, while being very simplistic and easy to install. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis Baseline Out of Bounce Play was run ferquently by Davidson College a few years back, when Stephen Curry was the focal point of their offensive attack. It is a great option if you are looking for a quick "3" after a time out or need a open look in a late game situation. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis "Regular Low" Action is our way of flowing from our sideline-break into our half court offense after conceding a score. It's a great way to change sides of the floor early in the possession and establish a game in the paint, as we are looking inside after a lob action for our trailer or create a deep post up position for our big after a cross screen off of movement. If run with pace and crisp screening, this is a very difficult action to defend. See More

Favorite Send to FastDrawI recently watched some video from last year's Brayden Carr Foundation Coaching Clinic run by coach Jim Carr. This play came from the legendary John Lucas and is a very simple sideline out-of-bounds play from the side that gives you a lob. Main goal of this action is to get the lob to 5 at the rim. However, if the defense takes away the lob you have 4 cutting hard to the top for a catch & shoot as well. See More
Favorite Send to FastDraw#1 and #2 skip the ball to each other x1 and x2 move on the flight of the ball, closing out to their man and sprinting to the helpline After several passes, the next player in line subs in on the fly with the defensive player on his side of the court and verbalizes the switch This action repeats throughout the duration of the drill See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawGreat drill for stretch 4's and 5's. Works on finishing at the rim and shooting off the move. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis is a good drill for players to work on getting open away from the ball. The defensive player must also work very hard to prevent 1 from making an easy catch. The passer must also work at delivering the pass on time and on target. You can play to a set score or a set number of stops. We will move spots on the floor to increase the difficulty for the offense or defense See More
