Here is a 1-4 set and Quick hitter that can get you a good look late in the game. It gives you an option to get the lay-up or shoot the three depending on what shot you need.

1 passes to 2 and cuts off 4's back screen to the weak side corner. 5 slides to the low block and posts up.

2 reverses the ball to 4 who reverses to 1, who is replacing 3. 3 screens across for 5. 1 looks for 5 down low on the cut.

4 down screens fo 3 & 5 steps out to the corner. 1's options are to look for 3 cutting or 4 on the slip/seal after the screen.
