04/07/2016The Indiana Hoosiers used this play during the 2016 NCAA Tournament. The setup and decoy actions at the beginning gave the defense enough distractions to cover, which made it easy for Kevin "Yogi" Ferrell to attack over a stagger ball screen, with both bigs seperating out of it. 12/05/2015"The Swing is a four-out patterned offense with continuity. All five players are interchangeable, and spacing, screening, cutting and accurate passing are vital. All five players have opportunities to post up inside, and the Badgers often invert their offense and post guards. The offense is deliberate (Wisconsin ranks 333rd out of 351 in the nation in adjusted tempo), often with multiple passes and places value on each possession with high percentage inside shots, or free-throws. 07/27/2014This has been called "The Beautiful Play". The Spurs ran this at the end of the 3rd quarter in Game 6 of the WCF at OKC. The Spurs are winning 72-69 and have possession after a great steal and hustle play by Patty Mills. Coach Popovich calls the play. Manu gets the guys in the right position and waits the clock out. Around 7 seconds left on the clock Duncan sprints to screen Fisher. Manu dribbles left and hits Mills. Mills fires to Duncan. Duncan hits Boris in the corner for a three as the shot clock expires. The Spurs would go on to win Game 6 in overtime. This play includes end of quarter situations, communication, first class passing, and they did it on the road. Beautiful. See More

05/25/2016This is a great competitive catch and shoot drill. You can use one or two partners and two balls-(one can be the passer and the other a rebounder). There are 5 spots on the floor-also 5 shots that are within most offenses. There are a few options for this drill: 1) First one to hit 5 consecutive shots wins. 2)How many can you make in 1 minute? 3) How many can you make in 2 minutes?
