Favorite Send to FastDrawThis play was designed by legendary offensive coach who has 90% success rate with Bear Back Door. It is a good opening play of the game and can be used out of timeouts as well. Timing is important so the left side is clear of defenders. Bear is a guaranteed back door lay up! See More

After 2 dribbles off of the ball screen and passes to 4 he has to be patient to let his defender fall asleep. Once his defender turns his head, the 2 cuts hard backdoor for a lay up. Favorite Send to FastDrawThursday night in a heated PAC-12 battle California's Mike Montgomery drew up this quick hitting back door action to attack Oregon's overplaying defense. Cal's Junior Guard Allen Crabbe has had one heck of a stretch lately of offensive games so Oregon really started denying the ball; or at least making it hard for him to catch. California came out of a timeout last night to take advantage of such over-aggressive defense. This is a great action to run because you occupy all of your help with the stagger opposite. See More

Favorite Send to FastDrawWhen defenses have tried to deny passes to the perimeter, we've run this play to get them to back-off with their pressure. The 4 man must be able to get open at the elbow and deliever a good pass to the back-cutting 2 man once he catches. Finally, the dribble handoff allows the point guard and the 4 man to make a play on the open side of the floor. See More
