Fast-paced, dynamic drill using the Dr. Dish for your whole team or a small group. Emphasizes the power dribble action into a dribble handoff into a 1 dribble pull up. Multiple angles of attack, multiple shots at a time!

Line in each corner, plus one at the top.
Dr. Dish sends a ball to the corner, where the first player in line catches and shoots.
The Dish will send another ball, at which point the player in the top line begins to fill down to the wing.
The corner player pivots hard, and power dribbles to the filling player, who takes the the handoff and rips it for a one dribble pullup.
As 3 is shooting, the Dish rotates to the top player, who will catch and shoot.
On the next pass from the Dish, the top player (4) will power dribble toward the filling wing (2) from the corner.
The wing player will take the handoff and rip it middle to a pullup at the elbow.
The drill continues from the left corner.
