About Andrew Berwa
Andy Berwa has coached boys and girls basketball- youth through high school for over eight years, including several years of AAU. He has run school-based summer camps and training sessions for players of all ages.
He believes in building player fundamentals first. He takes time to analyze offensive and defensive concepts in order to provide breakdowns that will help players and coaches from a team strategy standpoint.
His coaching philosophy is to help “all” players and teams buy into a team-first approach while instilling life lessons through the game of basketball.
He is currently coaching JV girls basketball for Walsh Jesuit High School in Cuyahoga Falls, OH. He has hopes of furthering his coaching career at different levels as he gains valuable knowledge and experience. He has hopes to coach at the college level soon.
