Richard Schiell has experience coaching at the youth through collegiate levels. Coach Schiell has been a head coach with the nationally renowned Team Wisconsin AAU club since 2009. He also served as assistant coach with the University of St. Thomas Women's Basketball program from 2013-2016. The UST program went a combined 81-10 during that span, including NCAA Elite 8 and Sweet 16 appearances, and a #2 national ranking.
