The National High School Basketball Coaches Association (NHSBCA) is an alliance among the leaders of State Basketball Coaches Associations, linking their respective Associations in an effort to provide a national voice for high school basketball coaches.

The NHSBCA serves the following purposes:

To advocate for scholastic basketball and scholastic basketball coaches.
To network and communicate in all directions.
To share ideas for the improvement of State Basketball CoachesÃ??Ã?Â Associations.
To provide a unified voice for State Basketball Coaches Associations, scholastic basketball coaches and scholastic basketball with the National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC), the National Federation and any other national organization concerned with scholastic basketball.
To help coaches in states that do not already have a State Basketball Coaches Association to form one. The NHSBCA would nurture and mentor the process.
To discuss issues and formulate positions for the good of scholastic basketball and scholastic basketball coaches.
To provide input to appropriate governing bodies and organizations.
To promote practical ways to implement a charitable contributionÃ??Ã?Â program in high schools in each state.
