The basic set is to run 4 in front of 1 as a rub-screen while 1 dribbles right to left. 1 then dribbles to the left wing or corner to give 3 the ball with a handoff. 5 follows behind to set a ball-screen once 3 has the ball. This horns set play by Miami is great for getting your 4 or 5 man looks inside. The intial ball-screen gives 4 the opportunity post up on the roll. If that isn't open, 3 dribbling to the left wing gives 5 the opportunity to get open. If that still isn't open, 4 flashing to the elbow gives you a nice hi/lo look. The different options get you to the same result trying to get the ball inside to 4 or 5. See More
