Favorite Send to FastDrawFrom the 2008-09 Season, this BLOB was frequently ran for Steph Curry (2) during Davidson's NCAA Tournament run. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThe Miami Heat realized the San Antonio Spurs were sitting on certain baseline out of bounds plays after playing them 7 straight times and decided to throw a different wrinkle at them. Instead of the 4 & 5 setting a double screen for 1 or 3, #1 Chris Bosh set a back screen for the 4 man who dove right to the rim. #1 Bosh's man protects against the cut allowing #1 Bosh to pop for a wide open jumper. Favorite Send to FastDrawHere is the most common BLOB ran by the San Antonio Spurs in the NBA Finals vs the Miami Heat. They did a great job of getting #9 Tony Parker a mid range catch. After catching #21 Tim Duncan could come over and ball screen in a great screening area if Parker didn't have a shot. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis BLOB ran by the Indiana Pacers vs the Miami Heat was run to get two possible results: 1.) #24 Paul George mid-range jumper running off the stagger screens. 2.) #21 David West isolation from the elbow or in. Indiana got it to West in one of his favorite scoring spots, close to the basket so he could operate. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawBaseline out of bounds play run by the CT Sun in their 66-62 loss to the Mystics 6/7/2013. If the defense switches the 4 and 2 backscreen then 4 can slip to the basket with the mismatch. If 5's defender extends the screen and disconects from 5, 5 can slip to the basket. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawWith 10 seconds left in their 82-81 Sweet 16 upset win over Baylor, the Louisville women ran this play against Baylors full court press. 2 was wide open but Louisville couldn't throw the pass because 6'8 Griner was on the ball. If you have an inbounder who is matched up with a defender of a similar height this could work for you. Make sure to have the inbounder step back off the baseline to improve the angle to get the ball over the defender. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThe Bulls ran this baseline out of bounds play with two seconds left in the first half of their 99-93 game 7 win over Brooklyn. The timing is important on this play. Have 4 set the back screen, then 5 set a backscreen as 4 is pinning down. Boozers man did not protect the basket and Boozer cut to the basket for a dunk. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawCKSA ran this blob at the end of the first half in their Euroleague semi final loss to Olympiacos. If you are having trouble inbounding the ball or turning the ball over from the baseline, try setting a double screen. I have rarely seen a double screen used at H.S.'s or on the AAU circuit. At the very least you should get the ball in bounds and if x4 or x5 do not defend properly can slip to the basket for a layup. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawSatuday night during Game 7 of the NBA Playoffs, Tom Thibodeau drew up this End of Quarter play to give his Chicago Bulls squad momentum going into halftime versus the Brooklyn Nets. With Belinelli having such an explosive defense, Boozer's man overhelped on the 2nd screen. This gave Boozer a free lane straight to the rim. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawNorfolk State finished their MEAC Conference season a pefect 16-0 before being knocked off in the Conference Tournament by Bethune Cookman. Head Coach Anthony Evans has taken Norfolk State to new heights in this his 6th season as Head Coach. Here is a one of their BLOB sets vs M2M using staggered screens to set-up their shooters for open looks. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawRobert Morris ran this great BLOB set on their last possession of the game on 3/19/13 against Kentucky, and got a look for a lay-up to win the game. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawFrom the Midwest Region, Coach Izzo ran this play early in the 1st half. I like the action involved because it gives you different looks that we all incorporate into our BLOBs but in the same play. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawA natural triple to get your best shooter a shot. Timing is really important as you want the 4 man slipping the ballscreen to go right into capping off the triple so that his man cannot help. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawNice little comeback action for BLOB versus man or zone. See More
