07/11/2013The Miami Heat realized the San Antonio Spurs were sitting on certain baseline out of bounds plays after playing them 7 straight times and decided to throw a different wrinkle at them. Instead of the 4 & 5 setting a double screen for 1 or 3, #1 Chris Bosh set a back screen for the 4 man who dove right to the rim. #1 Bosh's man protects against the cut allowing #1 Bosh to pop for a wide open jumper. 05/18/2013With 10 seconds left in their 82-81 Sweet 16 upset win over Baylor, the Louisville women ran this play against Baylors full court press. 2 was wide open but Louisville couldn't throw the pass because 6'8 Griner was on the ball. If you have an inbounder who is matched up with a defender of a similar height this could work for you. Make sure to have the inbounder step back off the baseline to improve the angle to get the ball over the defender. See More

05/15/2013CKSA ran this blob at the end of the first half in their Euroleague semi final loss to Olympiacos. If you are having trouble inbounding the ball or turning the ball over from the baseline, try setting a double screen. I have rarely seen a double screen used at H.S.'s or on the AAU circuit. At the very least you should get the ball in bounds and if x4 or x5 do not defend properly can slip to the basket for a layup. See More
