07/01/2024During my time at Lutheran Westland High School, I ran a lot of 1-4 action. Our best shooter was our 3 and we used 1-4 High and low to free him. This 1-4 high set allowed for us give our 3 multiple options. After the 3 gets the DHO, options are to dive to the basket or kick the ball to the 4 in the ball side corner or the 1 or 2, depending on where the help comes from. See More
