Competitive way to start practice, get the juices flowing, and make SHOTS! See More

Favorite Send to FastDrawAt 16:29 in the first half, St. Mary's ran this after breaking VCU's press to get a layup for their best player, Jock Landale (5). Starts in a horns set, ends with a 5/1 PNR on the wing. Forced Alie-Cox from VCU to guard two players. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawWith 3:45 left in the first half, St. Mary's ran this after a quick VCU score. The first look is a quick Rip screen from the 1 for the 4, but the second look is a pick and roll with the 1 and 5 in the middle of the floor. Instead of the wing player lifting, the 4 lifts to replace the rim-running 5, giving a hi-lo between the 4 and 5 and a wide open dunk for St. Mary's best player. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawWith 13:22 left in the second half, St. Mary's ran this SLOB into Horns action for a layup. They had their best three point shooter on the ball side to eliminate help, leading to a 1 on 1 footrace between the point guard and his screened defender. 5 is their best player, and he uses his body to shield 1's defender from the ball on the laker cut. Favorite Send to FastDrawWith 9 minutes left in the second half of their game with St. Mary's, VCU Coach Will Wade called "Buck 5" for a BLOB to score. This BLOB starts with a 4 low formation, but quickly morphs into flex offense with an option to hit the 5 man coming off a cross screen from the 1, and a downscreen for the 1 to score on an iso from the wing (what happened in this instance). Favorite Send to FastDrawWith 8:32 left in the first half, Kent State ran this BLOB for a quick two against UCLA. The 5 man ended up screening his own man as well as 1's man, and it led to a poor closeout and an eventual putback off a missed pull-up by 1. There are multiple post options as well, with 4 sealing after the initial screen and a postup after the second of the staggered screens from 5. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawAt 17:40 in the second half, UCLA ran this quick hitter to get a look for their skilled big man Walsh off a touch from Lonzo Ball. The action starts with a pindown and a clearout by the 4 player straight into a middle ball screen from Walsh. KSU hedged the ball screen at the top and Walsh wisely slipped. Put x4 in a 2 on 1 situation when 4 cut back across the baseline to be available for 5. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawKent State ran this set off a made free throw at 15:42 left in the second half down 7. Coach Senderoff called it from the bench to get their 7 footer, Adonis De La Rosa, a post iso. The action prior to the post entry consists of a rip screen option, followed by two ball screens and a dribble handoff, and finally a return pass to an easy post feed. De La Rosa ended up getting fouled on the play. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawWith 3:25 left in the game v. Kent State, UCLA ran this quick hitter to get Bryce Alford (2) a good look at a three, as well as a short roll for their skilled big man Welsh (5). The 5 will end the play with a turnaround ball screen and short roll for a jumper. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawAt 14:40 in the first half, Purdue ran this quick hitter to get a great look on a post isolation from a high low pass. Swanigan, 5 in this case, is Purdue's go to post player, but he is also a threat to hit the three which opens up the lane for his counterpart, Haas, the 4 in this case. The action starts with a dribble handoff on the wing and ends with a seal in the paint. See More
