Coach Tom Izzo from Michigan State University is one of the best in the game at "special team" situations. Here is one of his SLOB sets used with his teams, with multiple options.

When the referee gives the ball to 3, 1 cuts off 4 and 5 to the weak side.
1st Option: 3 passes into 2, and 2 goes one-on-one to the rim.

As the ball is passed into 2, 1 is sprinting off the double screen from 5 and 4. 3 looks for a possible handoff from 2 (if 2 does not attack one-on-one against his defender).
2nd Option: 2 hands off to 3.
3rd Option: 2 passes to 1 for the shot, coming off the double screen from 5 and 4.
4th Option: 4 man (closest to the ball) dives to the rim.
5th Option: 2 kicks to 5 spotting up for the 3-point shot on the wing.
