In this diagram and video clip we see a SLOB set to try to steak a quick bucket. With a solid screen by 1 against a defense that gets through screens, this can work. I like that 1 is the player setting the back screen, loosening up the defense so that they can go catch the ball if the lob isn't there. The lob pass is critical, so you want a trusted passer to making the decision to throw the lob or not. Video clip below.
