The 3 inbounds the ball and hit the 2 at the tip of the triangle.
The 3 will sprint off of 5 to the weak side wing. an for the pass 1 cuts on the right side for the pass from 2.

The 1 make the post feed to 5 and sets a high split screen for the 4. 5 will look for an open shot or look to pass to 2 or a cutting 4 coming off the screen.
