1 enters to 5
1 screens for 4 at the elbow who cuts into a handoff from 5. 1 pops back after 4's cut

Second Option
1 enters to 5 and screens for 4 at the elbow. 4 cuts into a handoff, but the handoff is taken away. 4 continues cut to form double side.

5 passes to 1 popping back...

...and follows with a ball screen.
