Very effective secondary transition/early offense set from Cardinals Head Coach Chris Mack.
This action uses some false motion and then incorporates a flare screen followed by a ball screen.
If you love 4 Out spacing, add this to your playbook ASAP!
On the FMS blog:

1 DHO for 2
3 and 4 exchange
5 loops to opposite block

After the handoff 1 goes through to the corner
2 reverses to 4

5 flares for 2

After setting the flare. 5 immediately follows to a ball screen
