Washington Wizards - Side Pick/Roll Action: 

The Wizards use actions like this to create mismatches for Wall and Beal. These 2 guards are great at attacking the switch, getting into the paint, and creating for others. Clearing the wing gives the ball handler the opportunity to attack middle or attack the sideline. Reading the screener's defender will allow ball handler to make the right play.
