Croatia false motion into spread ball screen from 2016 Rio Olympics
Zipper screen intiates the action and sets up the the false motion into the Spread Ball Screen formation

1 dribbles to the stacked side as 2 sets the screen for 4 (zipper)
1 reverses to 4
2 is the player desired for the spread ball screen after the false motion
-
4 looks to the weakside and 3 cuts through off of a rub or back screen from 5 as 2 rises
-
4 executes a DHO with 2

Spread Ball Screen Formation
2 takes the ball from DHO and receives the ball screen from 5
