Here is an elevator action from a SLOB box set and a second option if the elevator shot is not there. If the shot isn't there, 5 sets a screen for 4 to pop out to the perimeter for a shot or drive.

3 sets a cross screen for 2.
2 curls around the screen then through an elevator screen from 4 and 5.
1 passes to 2.

If 2 doesn't have a shot, 5 screens for 4.
4 can shoot or drive to the open space as 1 clears the right side.
