Utah used this play combining a ball-screen on the right side with a staggered screen for a shooter on the left. The stagger screen occupies the defense so that the big man can get the ball on the roll. If that isn't open, 1 passes to 2 cutting off of the staggered screen.
5 sets a ball-screen for 1.
2 runs off of a staggered screen from 3 and 4 on the left side.
