Here is a play used by Green Bay against Texas A&M in the NCAA Tournament. The guard ended up shooting a shot but could have used the ball-screen.

1 gives 3 the ball with a handoff or pitch pass.

3 dribbles right and gives 2 a handoff.

5 sprints from the weak side to set a ball-screen for 2.
2 drives middle and 5 rolls.
