This is a pick-and-roll play from a Horns set that can be run to give the point guard the choice to go one way or the other.

Frame 1
If #1 decides to use #4's ball screen, #5 will go directly to the basket once #1 clears #4's ball screen. At the same time, #4 will pop to the slot opposite the side #1 chose.
Frame 2
If #1 decides to use #5's ball screen, #5 will still roll to the basket once #1 clears. #4 will pop away from #1 and set up in the slot opposite him.
