Here is a play drawn up after the quarter break (TV timeout). Memphis Grizzlies ran this play against the Portland Trailblazers, Jeff Green (4) was able to get all the way to rim, driving off 5's slip.

3 sets pin screen for 4. 1 passes the ball to 4.

After to passing to 4, 1 goes and sets elevator screen with 2 for 5. 5 sprints into an elbow pick and roll for 4. 5 slips the elbow pick and roll. After setting elevator screen, 1 and 2 keep appropiate spacing.
