Frame 1
The play begins as a normal secondary break play with #1 making the pass to the trailer (#4). The post man (#5) will roll from block to block and look for the ball.

Frame 2
With #3 denied, #4 will make a ball fake to #3. This will start a down screen by #1 for #2. Once the down screen is made, #4 will work a dribble handoff with #2 before diving for the basket.
 

Frame 3
The scoring options on the play are as follows:

1) #2 shoots the three if his man goes under on the handoff.

2) #2 punches the ball into #5.

3) #2 hits #4 rolling to the basket.
