In this diagram and embedded video we look at a set play for an option for either a three-point shot or a post up. The post gets two looks in this action, one on each side of the court. The stagger screen happens on the back side once the ball is reversed. The post up combined with the stagger screen is a great option to keep the defense busy with two productive options. 1-4 High UCLA Stagger

The UCLA screen is set at the elbow and the ball is reversed to the screener popping back. The stagger screen is set up on the back side, as the screen receives continues through to use the stagger screen. Triple Baseline Screen

I also think it sets up for the misdirection backdoor set on the back side of the play off of a reverse pivot by the ball handler, although we don't see that in this clip below.
