Favorite Send to FastDrawThis drill I got from Brad Stevens at Butler. This drill gets your player 5 different shots. You can use both sides of one half to get more players involved or use The Gun if you have one available. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawI saw Stephen Curry doing this before a game so we decided to make a drill out of it. This is a great drill because you (1) get conditioning and game type shots, (2) movement and (3) you can use both sides of the floor. We set the scoring as follows: The Shooter must make 3 3pt shots to complete the drill. They do not have to be in a row. Mid range Shots do not count as a make. Advanced: The Shooter must make 4/5 shots including the mid-range if they miss a 3pt shot. Expert: The Shooter must make 3 consecutive 3pt shots. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis is one of the most complete drills and is great for a pre-game warmup. You get (1) Screens, Passes, Shots, and can add additional defense if desired. The drill incorporates every aspect of your offense and a great way to teach footwork. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawI really like this set as a way to get you into a Flex series and also as a way to manage the clock. It gives you two different backscreen options and flows into a FLEX offense look. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis set is similar to the set run by Louisville in the NCAA Championship game. It gives you two different scoring options as well as a duck in by the 3. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis play gets you a shot for your best shooter by causing some misdirection and setting the elevator on the side instead of the top as most use it. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawI saw the Indiana Hoosiers run this set versus Iowa in their first Big10 match-up. This is a great set to get an easy look. I added on the flare screen/lob option in case you want to run it more than once or give yourself another couple options. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThe best way to hit a zone is to go right at it. This quick hitter will get you a shot in the interior of the defense. The screens on the top two defenders allows middle penetration and brings the center away from the rim. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis set has different layers to it so it could be different quick hitters. The first is a flex screen followed by a down screen. When the play is run all the way through you can get a double screen for a 3pt shot and also a lob off a back screen. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis BLOB gets you 3 looks for a 3pt shot. Run with less than :10 to ensure the last shot. The first option gets you a quick look will the zipper screen sets up some other nice options that you can add to later. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis is a great pregame drill because it gets multiple players moving and loose. Stress proper footwork and passing as well as court awareness. Dont let your players step out of bounds. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawGreat drill from Coach Mike Jones and Coach Alan Stein at DeMatha High School. We use this to set the thermostat at practice. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawHere is a set to get a 3 off before the buzzer. Great set to use coming out of a dead ball situation. See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThis is a great drill to instill in your players how and when transition offense begins: with a rebound. The drill starts with 2 offense players and 3 defenders. The Coach passes to an offensive player who either (1) shoots a 3 or (2) shot fake and drive. Multiple things can be worked on just at this point. Shooting under pressure, close out, help on basket drive and offensive players attacking off dribble. Once the defense is in control of the ball, the drill is 3 on 2 to the other end. Whichever player shoots the basketball comes back as the defender in a 2 on 1 scenario. The two remaining players "trail" the play and become the two offensive players with the next group. See More
