This play is from the 2010-2011 Houston Rockets season. For this play to be successful you have to have a bigger guard, or a post that can pass from the high post. Your 2 man has to act like he is cutting to the opposite corner and using 5 as a screen. Your 5 has to post hard so he is occupying his defender.
