Favorite Send to FastDrawNC State used this ATO play to allow 3 to create off the dribble, put 4 in the position to get the ball at the rim, and allow their shooting 5 man to stretch the floor from the 3 point line. The Wolfpack started the play with 3 making an Iverson cut off of 4 and 5 to receive the pass from 1 on the wing. 1 cut to the corner to provide spacing as 3 dribbled off of the stagger ball screen from 5 and 4. As 3 turned the corner on the second ball screen x4 had to provide help. 4 then rolled to the rim forcing x5 to provide help on him. This allowed 5 to get an open look at a three point shot off of the pass from 3. Blog Post: 5 NCAA Teams that are Exceeding Expectations See More

Favorite Send to FastDrawThe Minnesota Lynx ran this play late in the 2nd quarter of Game 2 of the WNBA Finals to get the ball inside to MVP Sylvia Fowles (5). 2 makes an Iverson cut off of screens from 4 & 5 to receive the pass from the wing. 3 then sets a back screen for 5 to get her open at the basket. Favorite Send to FastDrawBall screen set run by Stelmet Zielona Gora from the Polish Basketball League. Includes a zipper, iverson, and cross screen that flows into a double ball screen for a perimeter player. "Dayton" is a term I came up with when the first ball screen is set player "4" (who automatically pops) and then is followed by a second ball screen by player "5" (who rolls to the rim). See More
Favorite Send to FastDrawThe Golden State Warriors started the third quarter of Game 4 of the NBA Finals with a concerted effort to get Steph Curry (1) the ball in ball screen situations. After Curry gets the pass off the zipper screen, Klay Thompson (2) makes a decoy Iverson cut off of 5 & 4. This clears the defense to the weak side of the floor and forces x5 to provide help, making him late in the ball screen coverage. See More

Favorite Send to FastDraw"Iverson Down Flop" is a lob set, which is dependent on the ability of the passer to read the down screen. We use the term "FLOP," to replace FAKE. The play has an Iverson cut, followed by a "FLOP" or "FAKE" down screen. If X5 stays in the lane, the 2 should curl the down screen. This will result in a 2-on-1 at the rim. See More
Favorite Send to FastDraw"Iverson Flop High Low" is a nice counter to the Iverson series. The Iverson cut is used to draw the help away from the baseline. The point guard dribbles opposite of the cut. The 4 pops, after setting the screen, and receives a pass from the point guard. The 5 ducks in, for a high/low pass. See More
Favorite Send to FastDraw"Iverson UCLA STS Snap" is a set that has multiple options. Similar to "Iverson Loop," there is a Flare Screen for the 4. The difference is that this set features a screen-the-screener action. After the Flare screen, there is one more option for an Elevator Screen. See More
