Basketball Play - Mercer WBB - Lift Reverse

Mercer WBB - Lift Reverse

Aaron Schuck 03/08/2021

Mercer Women's basketball won the Southern Conference tournament and picked up a spot in the NCAA tournament. They beat Wofford pretty easily to earn their 3rd birth ever in the big dance. The following set is from early in the championship game. They start with a wing lifting off a down screen then hitting the opposite wing coming off a screen for a shot. If that is not there they get one more screen to play off of. FastModel's biggest offer of the year for new subscribers! Use code at checkout: MARCHMADNESS See More

Aaron Schuck 03/27/2021

Texas A&M made a 4th guarter run to send the game into OT to beat Iowa State. Here are two similar sets they ran in back to back possessions that tied the game in the 4th. The timing of the ball screen doesn't give the defender on the ball a chance to react and adjust creating a gap to attack. FastModel's biggest offer of the year for new subscribers! Basketball Play - Townsville Fire (WNBL) - Clear Back Cut

Townsville Fire (WNBL) - Clear Back Cut

Aaron Schuck 10/04/2021

This backdoor set comes from the Townsville Fire of the WNBL in Australia. A couple coaching points: 2 must time it well to begin walking defender up the arc to make sure she gets high enough so on the cut she is above the block. PG attacks right at 2 defenders to get her to react to the ball so 2 can back cut. PG passes as 2 starts the cut. Video clip below. See More
