In this play, Serbia gets a quick shot look on the left wing from a secondary pin down screen, but when it isn't there 2 uses a staggered ball-screen at the top of the key from 3 and 5. See More

Serbia likes to run the point guard up the sidelines and to get a quick post they used this spacing pattern with the point guard and center on one side of the floor and 4, 3, and 2 all on the right side of the floor (and spaced on the 3-point line). The spacing makes it hard for the defenders to help in the post and if all of your players are capable 3-point shooters this can be an easy way to get a 1 on 1 look in the post. See More

In this horns set, they curl the 4 around the 5 then send 5 to set a down screen for 4. This can lead to hi/lo opportunities as well. See More

This play was used as a secondary break and has 5 set a slot ball-screen for 1 then roll into the post. The ball is reversed with a second ball-screen set and then 5 flashes high to the elbow. See More

Here is that Iverson/flare cut type action with 2 running across the floor from the left wing to the right. If 2 isn't open, they run a cross-screen/down-screen action for 3. See More

This play is great for Canada as it opens up a shot for the shooter and can also get Wiggins open in the short corner for a quick post up. See More

In this play, 2 makes a zipper cut off of the big and goes straight into a ball-screen at the top of the key when he catches it. Once again, they use a "short roll" instead of a roll/replace action. See More

The Warriors get an open shot for Klay Thompson by passing in to the post then having Livingston set a flare screen for Thompson to cut to the wing. If the shot isn't there right away, the big can move out from the block and set a step-up ball-screen. See More

I saw the Cavaliers run this play a couple of times in the second half. It starts with LeBron having the ball and a horns ball-screen into a flare-screen for the ball-screener. After setting the flare-screen, the big moves toward the ball to set a high ball-screen. See More

Providence starts in a 1-4 low and runs the guard from the right corner to the left side of the floor to create space for the bigs to work. 4 sets a ball screen for the point in the alley (or slot). 4 pops for a shot and 5 ducks in under the rim. See More

Grand Canyon ran this play using a short roll/Hoiberg roll combination. The Hoiberg roll sends the low post player under the basket instead of replacing the high ball screener. See More
