This is a simple box set using multiple screens and some misdirection. Ball side goes first, the 5 will set a back screeen for the 1. Once the 1 sprints to the ball side elbow, the 4 will set a side screen for the 3.The inbounder will make a quick pass to the 3 for a quick shoot.
