UCF head coach Donnie Jones drew up this play at the end of their game versus Rutgers Wednesday night to give them the lead, and ultimately the win. Jones put the ball in the hands of his best player Isaiah Sykes (2) to create off the ball screen and Sykes did just that. He exploded off the pick & roll and the defense became so occupied by the double screen action, Sykes was able to get to the rim for an uncontested lay-up. See More

The Portland Trailblazers ran this set vs. the Denver Nuggets on January 23, 2014. Wesley Matthews (2) runs at Damian Lilliard's defender (X1) as if to set an on/ball screen. Just before getting to X1 he quickly slipped the screen and faded to the 3-point arc. Both Nugget defenders stayed with Lilliard making for an easy 3-point attempt for Matthews with no other defenders available to rotate to contest the shot. This set takes advantage of the fact that most teams will switch guard-to-guard on/ball screens and the Nuggets got caught anticipating there would be an on/ball screen set. See More

This Arizona Wildcats Set Play vs M2M uses two sets of staggered screens to get either the 1 or the 2 man a good look at an open jumper, gives the 5 man a chance to operate inside, and incorporates good movement & replace action on the inside pass, forcing the defense into decisions on how to guard. Sean Miller's Wildcats team is exciting to watch and will certainly be one of the top seeds come NCAA Tournament time. See More
