On 3's catch, 5 sets a ghost screen and sprints to the rim look for the lob from the 3 while 1 receives a pin-in screen from the 4 for potential 3pt shot in the corner. The last option is the throwback option to the 2 whose defender must tag the 5 to take away the lob. The 3 should read the help and make the appropriate pass: lob, 3pt shot, throwback for 3pt.
