These diagrams represent principles presented by Kim Barnes Arico at the 2015 Basketball Coaches Association of Michigan Coaches Clinic.
1 starts with ball and passes to 2, 3 starts to sprint up the court.
2 passes back to 1, who then passes to 3. 2 begins to sprint up the court.
3 skips the ball to 2, who shoots a layup.
2 and 1 become outlets, 3 rebounds.
Players come back doing a tight 3 man weave - stay about lane line wide.
Drill builds up as it goes. the first through, each group makes 1 shot, then 3, then 5.
Shot 1, 3, and 5 will be the wide pass, pass back and skip pass for a layup. Shots 2 and 4 will be layups from a tight weave.
