This is a drill we used at Texas Lutheran and is similar to a drill we do now at Colorado College. The drill gets the players used to calling out cuts and making game-speed cuts for a shot. We had the players practice curling, popping, and flaring on the screen.
To start the drill, you need 4 basketballs, 2 players on the wing and everyone else in two lines at the top.
3 cuts from the wing toward the short corner while 2 sets a screen.
In this option, 3 uses a straight cut and cuts to the elbow for a pass from 1
3 gets his rebound and clears out to the opposite side.
After 1 passes to 3, 1 sets a screen for 4.
In this option, 4 uses a back-cut.
5 passes to 4
2 moves back toward the wing before starting his cut back down to the short corner
3 runs back to the end of the line
4 follows the shot then passes the ball to the next man in line
5 sets a screen for 2
In this option, 2 fades toward the corner
6 passes to 2
1 moves back toward the wing
2 follows the shot then passes to the next man in line at the top.
6 sets a screen for 1
1 curls the screen and receives a pass from 7
5 moves back to the wing
