  • The drill starts with 1 shooting a free-throw.

x1 and x2 line up for the rebound. x1 and x2 talk and designate who has the shooter on the missed shot.

For the drill, x1 boxes out the shooter and x2 rebounds the ball.

  • x1 and x2 play two on one vs. 1.

  • 1 is trying to force a missed shot or turnover.

2 and 3 wait on the baseline for 1 to get the ball.

  • Once 1 has the ball, 1, 2, and 3 move up the floor on offense against x1 and x2 on defense.

  • 1, 2, and 3 play for a good shot.

  • Once team "x" gets the ball, x3 and x4 run on the floor for a four on three situation.

  • Team "x" plays for a good shot as 4 and 5 wait on the baseline.

  • Once "x" has made a shot or turned the ball over, 4 and 5 run on the floor for a 5 on 4 situation.

  • 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 play for a good shot in the five on four.

  • Once team x has forced a missed shot or turnover, x5 runs on the floor for five on five play.

    Play 5 on 5 for 2 minutes.

Keep score for the entire drill.
