This is a good drill to simulate the types of shot you may get in transition
This drill simulates the shots you may receive in transition
You can use any type of shot or screening action you wish.
1's line passes to coach and sprints up wing. They cut to receive a pass for a jump shot.
2's line passes to coach and sprints toward the pass. They will use footwork simulating receiving a flare screen and receive a pass for a shot.
Shooters get their own rebound and change lines
