This is a creative Horns Set that the Spanish team Valencia used in the Euroleague this year. They have 2 guard at the elbow with 5. 2 sets ballscreen for 1 and then dives to the rim, 5 steps up to receive pass. 5 hand offs to 3 and on the hand off 4 sprints out of the corner to set a ballscreen, causing a bad hedge.

2 sets ballscreen for 1 and rolls to the rim.
5 lifts to the top of the key.

1 passes to 5 who dribble hand offs to 3.
4 sprints from the corner to set a ballscreen.
2 replaces behind 4 in the corner.
