Frame 1:  4 and 5 set up ball screens at the top. 1 can choose to go either direction.
 

Frame 2:  Once 1 chooses a direction, the opposite post dives to the ball side block looking to seal and catch a post feed from 1. opposite corner elevates, ball side corner stays home.
 

Frame 3:  If the post is not open, 1 can hit 2 or 3 if open, or swing to ball screener at top looking for high-low seal.
 

Frame 4:  DHO Option - If the defense takes away the passing lanes, 1 can enter a dribble handoff with ball side corner. The DHO action should set up the high-low look.
