Frame 1:  4 screens for 2 slicing to corner, then shapes up to receive pass from 1.
 

Frame 2:  5 screens for 3 slicing through to corner, then 1 screens the screener for 5 shaping up to top of key to receive pass from 4. 1 cuts to corner and 2 fills up.
 

Frame 3:  4 dives to the post. 5 enters into a dribble handoff with 2 and rolls to the basket. 1 and 3 elevate. 2 can hit 4 or 5 if open.
 

Frame 4:  4 spaces to corner, 2 passes to 1 on wing, and 1 hits 5 sealing in the post.
