This play starts with a ball reversal from 1 to 4 to 3. 5 steps to the ball-side low post and 2 moves in to the opposite block. 4 screens for 3 as 2 screens across for 5. With the left to right action of both screens, 3 looks to penetrate into the lane or pass to 5 on the cut to the basket.

1 passes to 4 then moves to the right wing.
4 passes to 3.
5 and 2 follow the ball and move to the left block and right block, respectively.

Once 3 has the ball, 4 follows the pass to set a ball-screen.
3 drives middle as 2 sets a cross-screen for 5.
3 looks to shoot or pass to 5 at the basket.
