In this play, the Clippers look to get a shot at the elbow with a wide pin-down in the corner for 2. If 2 doesn't have a shot, he continues his cut to set a guard on big ball-screen at the left elbow. 5 looks to drive to the basket off of the ball-screen as 2 rolls or pops.

1 passes to 5 at the high post.
Once 5 has the ball, 4 cuts to the basket.
5 looks to hit 4 on the cut.

If 4 isn't open, 1 screens for 2 in the corner.
2 looks for a shot at the elbow off of a pass from 5.

If 2 isn't open, he continues his cut to set a ball-screen for 5.
5 drives middle as 2 rolls to the basket.
