This play is simple yet effective. The point guard passes to 5 at the high post and cuts away as if he is going to move into the lane. Instead, 1 screens down for 4 who pops out to the top of the key for a 3-point shot. If the defense starts anticipating this action, look to send 1 off of a flare or to the basket on a slip.

5 faces up and looks to shoot.
1 acts as if he is cutting to the basket, but instead sets a screen on 4's defender.
4 steps around the screen for a shot.
