1 passes to 4 cutting out to the perimeter. After the pass, 1 moves to the corner and 4 passes to 3. 5 sets a back-screen for 4 who looks for the lob pass from 3. If the lob isn't open, 5 sets a ball-screen for 3. 3 drives into the lane looking to score, pass to 5 on the roll, or kick the ball out to 4 or 2.

4 pops out to the top of the key above 5.
1 passes to 4 then cuts to the weak-side corner.

4 passes to 3 then cuts to the basket off of a back-screen from 5.
3 looks to make a lob pass to 4.

If 4 isn't open, 5 steps over to set a ball-screen for 1.
3 drives toward the elbow as 5 rolls to the basket.
3 looks to score, pass to 5 on the roll, or kick out to 4 or 2 on the perimeter.
