In this play, Iowa State creates action on the right side of the floor forcing 4's defender to move towards the action. If x4 loses track of 4, he makes a hard cut to the basket looking for the lob pass from 1 over the defense.
1 dribbles toward the right wing as 5 steps out to set a screen for 2.
With all of the attention on the right side of the floor, 4 spins and makes a quick cut to the basket for a lob pass from 1.
