Here is a play from the Virginia Cavaliers from last season. The play was used to get Joe Harris a shot in the corner. If Virginia can't get him a shot on the initial cut to the ball-side corner, the ball is reversed sending Harris along the baseline to the opposite corner for a 3-point shot.
1 passes to 3 at the free-throw line extended and cuts around 5 and 4 to the opposite wing.
If 1 is open on the initial cut, 3 can make a pass to 1 cutting to the basket.
3 passes the ball to 2 (#12 Harris) who reverses the ball to 1.
Once 2 has passed the ball, he cuts around 4 to the corner looking for a shot.
If 2 isn't open in the corner, 1 dribbles to the top of the key and passes to 3.
5 steps into the lane and sets a cross screen for 2.
1 sets a down screen for 4.
If 2 and 4 aren't open, 4 steps out to set a ball-screen for 3.
3 drives toward the lane and can pass to 4 rolling to the basket, 2 in the corner, or 1 cutting off of 5 in the opposite corner.
