Brian Shaw uses a great Horns set in which he inverts the positions and has the guards play at the high posts.

Horns set with Guards at the high posts (inverted) Bigs at the corners
Pass goes from 1 to 3 and 2 dives to the rim.

1 sets a pindown for (Kenneth Faried, good athlete) 4 to attack the rim after pass from 3.
