UCONN's Geno Auriemma demonstrated this play this Summer at Coaching U Live in Las Vegas. This is a simple action that you get the floor moving early in the offense and keeping both bigs involved and creating hard to guard situations.

As 3 comes off the pick, if X5 engages the ball and helps, a throwback to 5 may lead to a quick feed to 4. However, if 5 quickly shows and starts to get back, that is opportunity for 4 to come out and flare 5...4 has another opportunity to slip after setting the flare.
